Found a renter for the apt, an extreme load off considering the state of the economy and housing markets. We made a 1 year lease agreement and if things go well we might just keep it rented out.

We placed an ad on craigslist starting in March. In NY things seem to go very quickly but we didn’t get much response until about the 1st of April. Some realtors also offered to show the place but those slimy creatures didn’t prove to be too effective.
