Vietnamese Food

Colin says:
Amazing food. Love the fresh herbs and produce. The flavor and texture pairings are delicious. Not to mention that most meals take 5 min or less to prepare. Simple and savory. I love great food.

Alix says:
Some of the best yet. Not the easiest as a veg because they are big omnivores here, but what you do get is incredible.

Vietnamese subs, cau lau, spring rolls, wontons, green papaya salad, pho, fresh lettuce spring rolls, cha ca, baguettes, fresh fruit juices, iced coffee with sweet condensed milk, fried noodles, fried bananas, steamed morning glory, purple yam and mushroom soup, dragon fruit, coconut candy, crickets…

Cha Ca (Cha=grilled Ca = fish). On Cha Ca street, and it’s one of the 36 original streets of the old quarter.
